Measuring your foot

  1. Print the PDF sizing page at 100% and check the scale of your size guide with a ruler.
  2. Fold the paper at the heel edge so only the black line is showing. Check the entire 3mm black line is visible after folding and place the flat black line edge against a wall.
  3. Place your right foot on top of the paper with your heel lightly touching the wall.
Plant your foot firmly on the ground and slowly roll your weight forward and onto the forefoot. Allow your foot to lift off the ground slightly. Look down and mark the position of your longest toe and widest point of foot.

Finding your size

  1. Once the measurements have been taken, use the Foot Length Range on the size chart to find your size. The Last Length measurements shown on the chart are the exact length of the last that is used to build the shoes. This correlates to the precise internal measurement of the shoe.

  2. Following selection of your size in EU or USA, move downward to select the most appropriate width. We recommend adding 1mm to find the most appropriate width.

For example, you are looking at a Vaypor S and have determined your best shoe size is 45 and your feet measure 105mm (left) and 107mm (right) wide, with an additional 1mm added, you would still fit within the Standard Range. If your feet measure wide than 109/110mm (size 45/10.5) you should consider Wide fit.
The stated width range of the shoe does not reflect the actual width of the shoe. Bont cycling shoes are designed to provide structural support throughout their entire length, including the forefoot. As such, the width measurement of the shoe is intentionally designed to support the foot properly within the shoe. The width of the shoe will almost always be narrower than your foot, which is intentional to ensure the necessary support is provided.

Please note that Bont cycling shoes are constructed based on an anatomically accurate last that is optimized for cycling. However, this does not mean they are designed in the style of 'barefoot' running shoes."
